IMPORTANT - Please do not call or email local RSPCA branches to report acts of cruelty, neglect or sick & injured animals. In these circumstances please call the dedicated RSPCA national contact centre on: 0300 1234 999. If the line is busy when you call, please try again as the team are available 24 hours per day and will answer your call as soon as they can. The team will be able to take the details from you and assess the case whilst you are on the phone. You can also view further information regarding these cases here.

Email is the easiest way to contact us, we check our mailbox at regular intervals during the day and aim to respond within 24 hours but usually much sooner if we can.

Our branch phone line is open every weekend and bank holidays too. If the line is busy we may ask you to leave a message. Please note that email is the quickest and easiest way to contact us.
