We check our emails as often as we can throughout the day and will respond to you as soon as we are able (usually within 24 hours) Thank you for your patience. If you are sending an email regarding adopting an animal please include as much information as possible to help us match an animal to your circumstances. We will need to know where you live, if any children or other pets live in the house and any other information you think may be relevant. Our branch is run entirely by volunteers, this keeps our operating costs to an absolute minimum and means every penny we raise goes to helping local dogs and cats in need. However, the flip side of that is we cannot operate our branch telephone support line 7 days per week. We will therefore only be able to take calls from Friday Morning to Sunday Evening (If the line is busy when you call you may be asked to leave a message) Please do not leave any messages on our voicemail system on weekdays as the mailbox will be unattended. You can contact the branch anytime via email - We check our inbox on a regular basis and will try to reply to you usually within 24 hours.

Please note that the above address is NOT for the branch kennels; please do not use the post code in sat nav's for directions. All visits to the kennels must be made by appointment only. Once an appointment has been made we will forward the address and postcode of the kennels to you.
